At the Snail Mail Society we have created our own software to help us stay in contact with you! Every teacher and Student will receive a log in, for Teachers when you log in you will be able to see each of the Students statuses on their letters and be able to see all of their log in information in case they lose it. For Students you will be able to access your portal with your Student ID and the Password assigned to you, you will be able to see your letter, what the snails have written back, and all the other fun details!
 
If you are a Teacher and have lost your Teacher ID please email snailmailsociety.canada@gmail.com and we would be happy to give you your log-in info.

If you are a Student and have lost your Student ID please ask your teacher for your log-in information.

Our software is all online for grades 4-8 which means that students will write their letters online. The students will be able to write their letters through our custom letter writing software. If Teachers prefer to use paper that is also great! We will send your our letter template and will just ask you to scan them for us.

Grades K-3 will all be on paper. No online access, except for the teacher. We will send you our custom letterhead and students will write their letters to the snails then teachers will scan them and send them to the Snail Mail Society for us to respond!
